How do I know if an apartment in Alanya is available?
Each apartment card shows the date until which it is booked. Want to check details or hold specific dates? Just message us on Telegram — we reply fast.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Usually there is no deposit. It is only needed if an apartment is currently occupied and you want to reserve it in advance for your dates.
How much is the rent, and in what currency?
Prices are per month in euros (€) and fixed — no fees or hidden charges. Final terms are confirmed at booking.
Do you charge a finder’s fee?
No. We rent only our own apartments and those of friends, so there is no fee — it is direct rental from the owner.
How does check-in work?
Usually you are met on site or sent instructions in advance. We are always in touch and will guide you through everything.
Do you sign a rental agreement?
Yes, we sign a simple rental agreement — it protects both you and us. You can see a sample beforehand.
Can I stay with children or pets?
It depends on the apartment — the listing always states this. If you can’t find the info, just ask and we’ll tell you.
Are the photos on the site real?
Yes. Real photos, real dates and clear terms — no surprises at check-in. We’ve been in every apartment personally.
